Symposium Registration Desk - Important notice
Due to a large public event being held at the PCEC, the ANZFSS Registration Desk will be located on Level 1 of the PCEC on Sunday 9 September, please enter the venue by Level 1 entrance (opposite the Adina) From Monday 10 September the Registration Desk will be relocated to Level 2 and will continue to remain in this location. Please note, delegates are requested to personally register to collect their registration pack. The Registration Desk will be open at the following times:
Level 1 (entry via main doors opposite Adina)
Sunday 9 September: 1500-1900
Monday 10 September: 0730 - 1800
Tuesday 11 September: 0800 - 1700
Wednesday 12 September: 0800 - 1700
Thursday 13 September: 0800 - 1600 All enquiries in relation to program information, general information and local advice may be directed to the staff at the registration desk.

DNA Panel Discussion

The ANZFSS 2018 Organising Committee and the Biological Criminalistics stream invites you to an afternoon session of light canapés, beverages and robust discussion. A highly interactive panel - including an International perspective by Prof Bruce Budowle (Centre for Human Identification, Texas) along with input from scientists, Police representatives, and legal and governance experts from across Australia and New Zealand - will explore the pertinent aspects of this developing capability in forensic science.
ANZFSS WA Public Evening

Venue: Norm Dufty Lecture Theatre, Curtin University
Join us for our Public Night, to be held on Wednesday 12 September 2018, commencing at 7:30pm. The WA Branch of the Australian & New Zealand Forensic Science Society invites you to ANZFSS WA Public Evening. The evening will feature a presentation from Dr. Max M. Houck from the University of South Florida, St Petersburg for more information please click here.
Delegates are required to wear their name badge at all times during the event. Your name badge will also contain tickets to any Social Functions you are attending during the event so please keep this with you during your visit.
Tea breaks and lunches are included as part of your registration. Please refer to the Symposium Program for service times and locations.
Special Dietary Requirements: If you have nominated a dietary requirement please make your way to the dedicated dietary buffet during break times. For evening social functions, please see a member of the venue staff.
Visa for Entry into Australia
All international delegates, apart from New Zealand citizens, must obtain a Visa or Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) before traveling to Australia. Please ensure you organise your documentation well in advance of travel.

When you arrive at Perth's international or domestic terminals you're about a 20 - 30 minute car, taxi or bus ride away from the CBD. There are taxi services operating at both the domestic and international terminals. There is also an airport shuttle bus which can transport you into the CBD and Uber does also operate from both the airports.
